Shipping Policy
All pieces are carefully packed and shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS depending on weight and destination.
How Shipping Works:
• When you purchase, you select “Invoice Shipping” at checkout for $0
• After your order, we’ll weigh your pieces and calculate the exact shipping cost based on:
• Total weight of your order
• Destination (domestic or international)
• Your preferred shipping speed
• You’ll receive a separate invoice for shipping costs, which you can pay via the secure link we provide
• We’ll ship once payment is received
Shipping Times:
• Processing: 3-5 business days
• Delivery: 2-7 business days (USPS), 1-3 days (FedEx/UPS)
• International: 10-21 business days
Free Local Pickup:
• Available for Philadelphia-area customers, you select “Local Pick Up” at checkout for $0

Return Policy
Our ceramics are handcrafted from clay, and each piece is one-of-a-kind. Slight variations in color, markings, size, and shape are natural and reveal the uniqueness of each creation.
Returns & Refunds
If you’re not completely satisfied with your Demeter Blooming purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund to your original payment method.
Refund amount: Original price paid + associated tax (original shipping charges are non-refundable)
Condition required: Item must be in original, unused condition with original packaging and proof of purchase
Return shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a traceable carrier (USPS or UPS).
Exchanges & Replacements
Exchanges are available within 30 days of delivery
Damaged or defective items will be replaced at no charge. Report damage within 15 business days of delivery with photos.
After 30 Days
Items returned after 30 days will receive store credit (original price less shipping costs) that can be applied to a future purchase. Credit card refunds are not available after 30 days.
Important Notes
Demeter Blooming is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during return shipment. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value pieces.
Please pack items securely in original packaging or a padded box/envelope before shipping.
